We came home from work to find out our water heater leaked in the attic and made a huge mess of our home. We called Back To Normal and they came that night to help. In February of this year, I was approached by the BTN team. They were very thorough on Back to Normal’s services and how they could be of service to United Management and our 27 + apartment complexes. At the time we had a tenant-related fire at an apartment complex in Hope Mills and restoration had not begun. BTN was faced with quite a challenge on this burnt apartment. They needed to match existing cabinets, flooring, and paint to keep the apartment uniform with the rest of the community. The smoke and fire damage was excessive and proper health measures were a necessity to protect future tenants.

I must say, as a co-owner of the complex and 26 other communities, I will be using BTN again. They delivered the exact product, took all safety measures, and beat the agreed schedule by several weeks. I strongly encourage and businessman or woman to give these guys a shot if you are faced with a challenging restoration problem. We did not have any problems whatsoever from start to finish.
